Founder Anja Gröschel

Anja Gröschel is a strategist, campaign manager, economist, people and market expert, art lover and last but not least an inventor. At home in the world of communication since 1999, she has many years of experience in a wide variety of communication areas. 

She started out in well-known agencies such as BBDO Group, Zum Goldenen Hirschen, Aperto by IBM, Blumberry and Super an der Spree, where she held various management positions. 

A focus of her advice has always been communication for companies, people, products or topics, which also includes a social and/or political dimension. She led several election campaigns,  Developed communication measures for federal and state ministries and also managed their implementation.
On the corporate side, too, Anja Gröschel has been successful for many years as a communications strategist and crisis manager. For various industry associations as well as for companies that are active in state-regulated fields such as health and technology.

Anja Gröschel has a degree in economics and is also trained as a coach. In addition, she has completed further training in the areas of storytelling & completed digital communication.

With her “Salon Anja Gröschel”, the art lover also invented the world’s first pop-up gallery and founded the “Art Lovers Club” in 2010. Berlin's first network for women who are interested in art or are professionally involved in art. The network was expanded throughout Germany.
